What does each voucher entitle me to?

  • Sight Test voucher - this voucher entitles you to a full standard eye test with any of the opticians listed on our network. Click here to use our Optician Locator.
  • Spectacles voucher - this voucher will be taken as full payment for a basic pair of single vision frames and lenses, or can be used as part payment for any pair of spectacles at participating opticians. 


 Where can I use the vouchers?

All our vouchers can be used across our network of over 7000 opticians across the UK. Listings of these opticians can be found using our Opticians Locator

Simply enter the first part of your postcode into the locator (e.g. SW1) and click “submit”. All the opticians in your area will be displayed. 


How do I know if I am entitled to a Spectacle Voucher?

Following the eye examination, the optician will issue a Certificate of Recommendation. This certificate will indicate the requirement for corrective spectacles, as agreed by your employer, and may be called upon at any time for proof of the aforementioned requirement. 


What do I do if I don’t receive my voucher?

We despatch all our vouchers using Royal Mail 1st class post.

In accordance with Royal Mail terms, please allow 5 working days from receipt of your confirmation email from Edenred for the delivery of your voucher. If after this time you have not received your voucher, please contact Edenred for further assistance.
